We have a few policies in place to ensure you have a smooth experience.
We understand that it’s harder than ever to maintain a predictable schedule as you adapt to changing conditions at your campus. That’s why there are no fees for changing or cancelling your boot camp or professional development sessions. If you need to make a date change this spring, no problem. We will work to accommodate your revised schedule.
All in-person boot camps and professional development sessions include a free, rush virtual event backup. If you cannot provide a boot camp or PD in-person due to prevailing health conditions, we will provide a virtual boot camp at no additional charge (even if it requires us to provide you more instructors). This virtual event will be recorded and available for 30 days for any student who misses it. Learn more about our engaging, high-impact virtual events here. You also have the option to convert any impacted events to other MasteryPrep services and products of equal or lesser value. Please reach out to your School Support Manager or [email protected] to reschedule or convert your purchased events.
If you place an order for a boot camp or professional development session that you want delivered in less than two weeks, your quote will include additional fees for rush shipping and handling and last-minute travel expenses. These fees defray the increased cost related to providing this convenience and help keep our prices as low as possible for customers who are able to book early.
In the unlikely event that you need to return books or test documents, you may do so for a full refund less a nominal restocking fee.
