Schedule Changes

Thanks for booking a MasteryPrep event!

We are excited to work with you. In order to keep down event costs for everyone, we have a few policies regarding late booking and schedule changes. Please see below.

EVENT BOOKING DISCOUNTS
Your quote for a student workshop or professional development session may include a discount for early booking. This pricing assumes that you confirm the date, location, and attendance of your event at least three weeks before the event occurs. Due to increases in travel and booking costs, if you are unable to confirm your event in this time window, then the discount no longer applies and a fee of $500 for expedited booking becomes due. If your quote includes an early booking discount, this information will be reflected on the bottom of the quote with a link pointing to this page.

INVOLUNTARY SCHEDULE CHANGES
If after you confirm your event date and location, you need to change it because of a school closure (due to a weather event or any other adverse condition outside of your control), we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost to you.

VOLUNTARY SCHEDULE CHANGES
If after you confirm your event date and location, you need to change it for any reason, we are happy to accommodate this request. Please note that a change fee of $500 will apply to cover the additional travel costs we occur in changing bookings.
